Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1 business days. We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected Depending on the location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days for regular shipping for destinations within Australia. For express shipping, you should expect your order within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather, may impact your estimated delivery date.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) as they are issued by your local government and not us.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to business/residential address. But we have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

 

HOW DO I CHECKED THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will first receive an order confirmation email from enquiries@nepbio.com Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 21 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 'Contact Us' tab or enquiries@nepbio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please be aware you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@nepbio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
